Now, we’re looking for a Hybrid Sales Manager — part top-tier closer, part coach, part builder — to help us scale this movement and lead from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing (in 3 Phases):

Phase 1: Lead from the Trenches while the team is built
You start as a high-performing closer. Why? Because leadership starts with mastery.

  • Hit personal sales KPIs
  • Learn every aspect of the sales cycle 
    • A plumber whose never cleared a toilet just doesn’t have the level of empathy we need
  • Achieve 25% 1st call close rate within 60 days
  • Learn our systems and scripts inside-out
  • Show the team how it’s done by doing it yourself

Phase 2: Build the Team
While you are showing off your sales skills,  it’s also time to build your team.

  • Recruit, interview, and onboard: setters and closers
  • Train team to hit KPI within 30 days 
  • Run weekly huddles, call reviews, live coachin
  • Build/refine systems for onboarding, performance tracking, and retention
  • Foster a strong team culture rooted in accountability and heart

Phase 3: Own the Department
This is where you step into full leadership.
Once you have the team churning you will leave your sales hat to the side and focus fully on making the team the best in the business.
This is where you get to really thrive. You have built the foundations in phase 1 & 2, but now you and the team really get to get down to not just sales development but also the personal development that top reps want and need to boost their commissions and their business. 

  • Drive the department’s overall sales performance
  • Scale the team and improve KPIs across the board
  • Collaborate directly with execs on strategy, campaign execution and over all growth
  • Develop internal leaders
  • Build systems that support predictable revenue and sustainable team growth
  • Grow the team personally and develop awesome humans that get to transfer that energy in all aspects of life.

The Metrics That Matter

Sales Performance (Phase 1)

Learn every aspect of our process and demonstrate proficiency in each area. We can’t teach from theory

  • 7+ closed deals a month
  • Learn how to help the setters optimize their days and call time by learning how to get 1-2 sets an hour with our leads.
  • 25%+ close rate by day 60
  • 30%+ close rate by day 90

Team Development Simultaneous Phase 2

  • 1 Closer & Setter meeting KPI by Day 30
  • 2 closers & setters by Day 60
  • 3 Closers by Day 90 and both setters up to 90 day KPI (long-term KPI)
  • 4 Closers by Day 120
  • 80% of team closing at 20%+
  • 60% of team closing at 25%+

SDR Buildout

  • 2 SDRs ramped within 60 days
  • Minimum 175 dials/day (single line) or 350 with a power dialer
  • 70% show rate
  • 3 hours talk time/day

Compensation & Bonus Structure

  • $5,000 - $7,000 Base Salary Based on Experience
  • 3% of New Cash Collected (excludes deals closed by leadership team)
  • $1,000 bonus for every $100,000 in new revenue
  • Long-term growth incentives as the team scales
