Most agents aren’t stuck because of strategy or leads — they’re stuck because of the stories in their head. This post reveals how old beliefs keep you tethered like an elephant to a rope, and how Vikram’s simple “Victim vs. Victor” framework helps you break free, reframe your past, and step into a stronger version of yourself.
You ever seen an elephant tied to a tiny rope?
Full-grown.
Thousands of pounds.
Easily strong enough to snap it in half.
But it doesn’t. It just… stays there.
Why?
Because when it was young, that same rope was unbreakable.
It pulled. It strained. It gave up.
And now, even though it’s stronger it still believes it can’t break free.
Sound familiar?
That’s exactly what most agents are doing right now.
They’re stuck…
Not because they lack the skill.
Not because they lack the leads.
But because they’re still tethered to old stories beliefs planted years ago, often
by someone else.
And today, Vikram dropped a hammer that shattered that rope for a lot of people.
Today, Vikram pulled back the curtain on what’s really holding agents (and let’s be honest, most people) back. And it’s not a lack of strategy, training, or opportunity. It’s the voice in your head that whispers:
“Nobody wants to hear from me…”
“I’m bugging people…”
“I’m not good on the phone…”
“It’s not a good time to call…”
And the most dangerous part?
Most of those thoughts aren’t even yours.
They were borrowed from YouTube gurus, past failures, unqualified mentors, or just straight-up assumptions.
Now, let me show you what Vikram taught us a simple but powerful reframe to take your power back and shift into a new reality.
Grab a piece of paper. Do this right now.
1. Write down a moment in your life that felt like the worst thing ever.
Something that knocked the wind out of you. Could be personal. Could be business.
2. Underneath that, write 3 things you learned from it.
What did it teach you? What did it gift you?
3. Now write these two words:
Victim vs. Victor
Circle which one you were being when that thing happened.
4. Ask yourself:
Was that experience done TO me… or FOR me?
Read that again. Let it land.
Most of us carry beliefs that keep us trapped in suffering, not pain. Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice.
And when you start to see that the “worst” thing that happened for you, everything changes.
You stop pushing the phone away.
You stop shrinking on calls.
You stop hiding from the very opportunities you say you want.
Earlier today, Vikram asked a room full of agents:
“Where did your beliefs about prospecting come from?”
Most couldn’t even answer.
Some said YouTube.
Others said a bad experience years ago.
Some just assumed they’d fail before ever picking up the phone.
And then Vikram walked them through this same framework.
Guess what happened?
They went from fearful and frozen… to fired up and free.
The whole energy shifted — because they reframed their story.
They became victors.
Not victims.
They stopped letting 4 missed calls erase the 4 that did pick up.
And if you don’t appreciate those 4?
The universe won’t send you any more.
Before you get back to the grind, take 7 minutes. Just 7.
Run yourself through the framework above. Then ask:
You do that daily, and you’ll build momentum.
You’ll become magnetic.
You’ll stop chasing, and start attracting.
You’ll start closing more deals… with less stress.
You’ll stop wishing for change — and start creating it.
We're not in the business of changing scripts.
We’re in the business of changing stories.
