Step 3: Clarify & Probe (The Truth Beneath the Truth)

Most agents stop at “They want more space.”

Not you.

You want to know why they want more space.
You want to know how it feels to not have that space.
You want to figure out is it really privacy they want?

“When you say ‘more space,’ what’s behind that?”

“How long has that been bugging you?”

“How’s that been affecting your day-to-day?”

“Why now? Why not 6 months ago… or 6 months from now?”

You’re not just qualifying.
You’re connecting.

You’re painting the gap between their now and their next.

Because the bigger the emotional gap they feel, the faster they’ll book a call…


the sooner they’ll show up ready… and the stronger the trust will be when you sit down across from them.
